ISecure is preparing for a packed schedule of exciting events throughout the Dublin region, particularly across Fingal County Council areas. As such, we are seeking Casual Event Security Staff to join our experienced and growing team.
This role offers excellent flexibility for those seeking either regular work or just a few shifts. While previous experience is desirable, it is not essential – what matters most is a professional attitude, reliability, and strong communication skills.
Essential Requirements:
* Valid PSA (Static Security) Licence
* Full, clean Driver's Licence
* Fluent English – both spoken and written
* Available for weekend and evening shifts
* Authorised to work in Ireland
* 2 years of security experience within the last 8 years
Desirable:
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
* Ability to stay calm and focused in busy environments
Key Responsibilities:
* Attend pre-event briefings and follow site-specific instructions
* Provide clear and professional assistance to event attendees
* Carry out access control, searches, and monitor entry points
* Ensure crowd safety by observing for disturbances or hazards
* Manage queues and assist with crowd movement and control
* Respond to emergencies and support event management teams
* Enforce venue rules and ensure safety protocols are maintained
* Traffic and parking marshalling, as required
