Diacom is an indigenous Irish company that has been in business and profitable for over 25 years.Who we are looking forProactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT and telephony markets.Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, prospecting, networking, and client meetings.Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions from the company's portfolio of IT and telephony products and services.Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals in line with company policies and margin expectations.Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth implementation of solutions.Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline updates in the CRM system.Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and product developments.About youMinimum 2 years of experience in a pure sales role within the IT or Telephony industry.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong understanding of IT and telephony solutions (e.g., VoIP, UCaaS, cloud telephony, networking, or managed services).Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.Professional appearance and conduct.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites as required.Why Work with usAs a valued member of our team, you have access to a range of benefits and perks to ensure you thrive Diacom Group, including:· Company events· Company pension· On-site parking· Fantastic learning and development opportunities including further education/certificationsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:Company eventsApplication question(s):Are you an IRISH/EU Citizen ?How many years of experience do you have in Sales on the Irish Market ?Experience:IT/Telephony: 2 years (required)Work authorisation:Ireland (required)Work Location: Hybrid remote in Park Wes Business Park, Dublin 12, CO.
