Main Responsibilities:
* You will lead by example, delivering our customer engagement approach and create strong connections with customers through our brand history and high-performance formulas, securing loyalty and driving sales.
* Your coaching skills will support management in developing the team, while your drive will ensure the team delivers on sales targets.
* We will equip you with the tools and training needed to deliver and inspire in coaching, artistry and customer service, taking accountability when needed.
Requirements:
* A proven track record of leadership experience in retail
* Experience in coaching and developing teams
* Strong background in artistry, ideally with a qualification
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Able to drive KPIs and sales targets
