Our organisation is seeking a compassionate and empathetic Healthcare Assistant to provide care for the elderly in a private Nursing Home.
Working shifts are 12 hours, with both day and night shifts available. Day shifts pay €14 per hour, while night shifts pay €17 per hour.
The successful candidate will require:
1. A QQI Level 5 Certificate in Healthcare/Care Skills or Equivalent
2. Valid certificates for Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults, Infection Control, Patient Manual Handling
3. Eligibility to work in Ireland, EU passport or valid IRP card
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of HIQA standards and undergo Garda Vetting.
Responsibilities include:
* Maintaining high levels of care by supporting and assisting residents
* Assisting residents with personal care needs
* Supporting staff members as needed
