About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient HR Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the provision of HR administrative processes in a timely and consistent manner.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate the provision of HR administrative processes.
* Provide advice and guidance to managers and staff on policies, terms and conditions, and employment legislation.
* Ensure all relevant paperwork is completed to a high standard.
* Support the team to develop their skills and use of systems.
* Collect and collate data for monitoring, analysis, and reporting of HR information.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* RQF Level 4 or equivalent/higher qualification AND 1 years' experience in an HR department OR 4 GCSEs (including Maths and English Language) AND 2 years' experience working in an administrative/customer-facing environment (1 year of which in HR).
* 3 years' experience in an administrative/customer-facing environment (1 year of which in HR).
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Effective communication skills.
* Ability to work with a range of stakeholders.
* Ability to work to tight deadlines and meet targets.
What You'll Get in Return:
This temporary role offers:
* £13.60 per hour.
* Temporary for 4 months with possible extension.
* Full-time working pattern.
* Based in South Belfast.
* Immediate start.
