Responsibilities
* Provide emotional and practical support to clients in line with their care plans
* Assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and dignity
* Monitor and document clients' progress and any changes in their condition
* Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive support
* Participate in training and professional development to enhance your skills
* Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients
* Collaborate on assessments and behavior management plans, aligning with care plans
* Facilitate individual and group educational activities
* Provide care based on plans and document progress
* Liaise with supervisors, professionals, and referral agents
* Participate in training and contribute to policies and procedures
* Ensure safety, well-being, and confidentiality of young people
Qualifications
* Must hold an EU or UK passport to be eligible for this position.
* Previous experience in social care or a related field is preferred.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate approach.
* Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing environments.
* Relevant qualifications or training in social care are advantageous.
* Basic computer skills for documentation and client communication.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and nights if necessary.
