Our client is currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join their teamin Sligo within their Capital and Estates Department.
This role is offered on an initial 1 year rolling contract, with great opportunities for extension.
Benefits 35 hour work week 30 days leave Hybrid work Responsibilities Plan, manage, and supervise major and minor capital works projects, ensuring delivery within budget and compliance with procurement and regulatory requirements.
Prepare project briefs, budgets, and tender recommendations in collaboration with stakeholders and advisors.
Oversee contractors and staff in the implementation of capital works and maintenance programmes.
Ensure properties, buildings, and equipment are maintained in line with statutory and safety standards.
Support the development of property management strategies, including acquisition, disposal, compliance, and utilisation of assets.
Monitor and promote energy efficiency, sustainability, and environmental performance across facilities.
Advise on health, safety, and risk management in line with regulatory and organisational requirements.
Build strong relationships with internal teams, contractors, and external partners to support the effective delivery of projects.
Provide timely reports and updates on project progress, risks, and resource needs.
Requirements Hold a Level 8 (or higher) Quality
