Position Details
What you will do in this role:
* Greet patients warmly and professionally at all times during interaction
* Performs blood collection procedures and related tasks
* Verifies specimen order requirements and identifying information prior to specimen collection
* Follows venipuncture procedures and displays knowledge of standard procedures, techniques and common practice areas
* Labels all specimens collected and delivers/transports them to the appropriate processing area
Qualifications
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or GED
* Must be at least 21 years old
* Phlebotomy certification/licensure required
* CPR and CPI certified within 30 days of employment
* Prior Phlebotomy experience preferred
