What you'll do: Provide person centred support in a residential care setting, helping individuals to develop selfcare independent living skills Assist with community integration: accompany to appointments, social/recreational activities, family visits Support with daily tasks (e.g., cooking, laundry, cleaning), while promoting dignity and self agency Work as part of a team to plan, record, review and monitor care plans and individual outcomes Uphold and comply with HIQA regulations standards, best practice, safety, and safeguarding standards Work is a in a residential center with maximum of 4 residents Who we're looking for: Qualified Social Care Worker: minimum QQI Level 7 in Health Care / Social Care (or equivalent).
