Key Responsibilities:
* Meet and exceed ongoing retail store sales targets by consistently delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
* Elevate visual merchandising standards to attract customers and meet weekly changes through strategic planning and execution.
* Build, develop, and motivate a high-performing team of staff, volunteers, and social activation scheme employees to achieve business objectives.
* Ensure accurate and efficient shop accounting procedures, including banking, till receipts, transactions, and cash handling to maintain financial integrity.
* Take ownership of inventory management, security of equipment, and fittings on the shop floor and extended premises to protect assets and prevent losses.
* Promote our brand through local channels and ensure communications align with brand standards to foster a strong reputation and loyal customer base.
* Lead and support community-based fundraising events and health and safety initiatives to enhance our reputation and contribute to the community.
Requirements:
