Role Overview
The PMO Manager will establish and lead a high-performing Programme Management Office (PMO) to ensure the successful delivery of strategic initiatives across CyberSentriq. This includes systems transformation, product and operations programmes, and post-merger integrations. The role will bring structure, governance, and agility to a rapidly scaling organisation, ensuring alignment with business priorities and customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
PMO Leadership & Governance
* Design and implement scalable PMO frameworks, tools, and governance models to support consistent programme execution.
* Establish portfolio-level visibility and reporting for executive leadership and the board.
* Drive prioritisation and resource alignment in collaboration with Strategy and Programmes and senior stakeholders.
* Embed AI-driven project tracking and reporting tools to enhance visibility and decision-making.
Programme & Project Delivery
* Lead cross-functional programmes, including:
* Business systems integrations (e.g. Salesforce, Maxio, NetSuite, Freshdesk).
* Product and engineering initiatives.
* M&A integration programmes.
* Ensure delivery on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with strategic and customer-centric objectives.
* Oversee risk management, issue resolution, and interdependency tracking across initiatives.
* Leverage automation and AI to streamline project planning, forecasting, and reporting.
Reporting & Communication
* Deliver regular programme health updates, milestone tracking, and risk assessments to the Director and executive team.
* Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including board members.
* Track and report delivery against company OKRs and strategic goals using AI-enhanced dashboards.
Team & Capability Development
* Mentor and coach project managers and programme leads to uplift delivery capability across the organisation.
* Champion project management best practices and foster a culture of accountability and execution excellence.
* Promote adoption of AI-powered tools and agile methodologies across teams.
Your Story
* Minimum 7 years' experience in programme/project management, ideally within SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology-enabled services.
* Proven experience establishing and scaling PMO functions in high-growth or private equity-backed environments.
* Demonstrated success delivering complex cross-functional programmes, including systems transformation and M&A integration.
* Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Jira, Smartsheet, Asana) and reporting dashboards.
* Strong understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies, with the ability to adapt as needed.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including experience with executive and board-level reporting.
* Leadership mindset with the ability to influence without direct authority.
