About The Role

We are looking for an experienced
Senior Quantity Surveyor
to join our team and work on a variety of projects across Commercial, Industrial, Pharmaceutical, and Data Centre sectors. This Dublin-based role includes occasional travel (1–2 times per month, for 1–2 days at a time) working on projects in Germany, the UK, and the Netherlands.
Key Responsibilities Requirements
* Relevant third-level qualification.
* 5+ years' experience across a wide range of sectors.
* Experience in European Data Centres is required.
* Background in Mechanical and Electrical projects is a plus.
* Experience in pro-actively managing projects.
* Experience in Data Centre development, construction, and design is a definite advantage.
* Chartered or working towards chartership, ideally.
* Experience with estimation, tendering, procurement, reporting, analysis, and final accounts.
* Excellent client-facing profile with relevant sector experience.
* Motivated and diligent team player, willing to go the extra mile.
