Senior Systems Architect
This is a senior-level position that combines technical design, implementation, and support across various technologies. The role operates within a 24x7 managed service environment, providing remote support and maintenance for multiple client environments.
You will work closely with architects and clients, owning complex solutions from design through to deployment, with minimal supervision.
* Provide senior technical support across multiple customer environments.
* Manage high-priority incidents and escalations.
* Proactively monitor customer environments to preemptively resolve issues.
This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
VCP and/or VCAP certification required.
4+ years' experience in data storage and management, including FC and i SCSI SAN implementation.
3+ years' experience with Veeam and/or other backup solutions.
Proven experience designing and implementing virtual and physical infrastructure solutions.
High Availability design and implementation.
Experience with cloud management tools highly desirable.
Experience in at least three of the following VMware technologies: VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), v Sphere, Site Recovery Manager (SRM), v SAN, Horizon, Workspace ONE, NSX, Cloud Director (v CD).
