Facilities Project Manager
A critical role that requires leadership and technical expertise to manage and execute infrastructure and facility-related projects within a medical device manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage facilities projects, including new construction, renovations, utility upgrades, and equipment installations.
* Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource plans for facilities initiatives.
* Oversee vendor selection, contract management, and performance for facilities projects.
* Evaluate and ensure compliance with GMP, ISO 13485, building codes, environmental regulations, and health & safety standards.
* Collaborate with internal departments (Production, Quality, EHS) to minimize disruption during project execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Facilities, or related field).
* Significant experience in facilities project engineering, preferably in a regulated manufacturing environment.
* Strong understanding of HVAC, cleanroom design/operation, utilities (WFI, compressed air, gases), and building management systems.
* Familiarity with GMP, ISO 13485, and relevant EHS regulations.
* Proven project management skills, preferably with PMP certification.
