This role requires hybrid attendance, with 3 evenings in our Park West office
We are seeking an innovative Customer Service Executive with full fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English to join our world-class team. You will support customers with daily issues like password requests, and handle complex issues such as supply chain malfunctions, among other activities.
Your main KPI will be delivering a positive customer experience, solving issues effectively rather than just closing cases, through phone or email interactions.
This is not a typical call center; we do not use IVR and focus on ensuring every customer has a positive experience.
You will work in a diverse environment with over 25 nationalities, with recognition and rewards for high-quality work and customer satisfaction.
