Excellent opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join team based in Dublin with a leading healthcare provider company around Ireland. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the HR Business Partner is the first point of contact for all generalist HR activities in Ireland. It will coordinate and assist the completion of all employee relationships topics in a timely manner. This will include supporting all levels of management in the country.
Will also support senior managers and managers in employee relations processes. This role will work on the development of strategic workforce KPI’s and accurate completion of monthly MI reports.
Example activities you will complete:
Partner directly with the executive team to translate core business goals into clear, actionable workforce plans and HR strategies with clear KPIs.
Advise leadership on structural adjustments, defining roles, and manage the talent management process.
Facilitate talent reviews to identify high-potential employees and develop meaningful development plans for critical leadership and specialized roles.
Support the delivery of the full employee life cycle process which will include inductions, probation sign off and exit interviews.
Support the organisation as a point of contact for people related issues.
Manage employee relations processe.
Provide monthly reporting of accurate workforce KPIs. Provide analysis and interpretation of data to transfer into commercial solutions.
Collaborate closely with the talent acquisition team to facilitate the development of employees and management.
Participate in administrative and transactional processes, including payroll processing, and HR systems data integrity.
Required Skills
Minimum of 5 years experience in autonomous leadership role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience of Workday is desirable but not essential
CIPD or similar HR related qualification required
Able to build strong relationships with people at all levels of the organisation.
