Key Responsibilities
 * Manage a large volume of motor injury claims, making confident, well-informed decisions on liability and negotiating settlements that balance customer needs and business objectives.
 * Provide clear, empathetic support to customers throughout the claims journey, helping them navigate challenging situations with reassurance and clarity.
 * Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including solicitors, medical professionals, and third-party providers, to drive claims to resolution.
Essential Qualifications
 * Hold a qualification in personal or commercial insurance, such as APA or CIP, with a strong foundation in injury claims handling and a solid understanding of the Irish claims landscape.
 * Develop strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence outcomes through collaboration.
 * Possess strategic thinking and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to assess complex information quickly and act decisively in the best interest of all parties.
