A senior Human Resource Director is required to manage all aspects of human resources management for a group of businesses based in Cork, Ireland.
This role covers:
* Developing and overseeing a recruitment strategy to attract top talent
* Ensuring performance management and training plans are in place to drive employee growth and development
* Driving effective communication and administration processes to improve productivity
* Managing compensation and benefits, and an HR team to achieve high levels of performance
The ideal candidate will have:
* Certification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD)
* A Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resource Management, Education or related field
* 10 years experience in HR roles, with at least 3 at senior leadership level
