We here at Doppio Cafe and Restaurant are currently seeking a full time Barista to join our ever growing team. Our focus is on bringing people together, going above and beyond expectations to ensure staff and customers alike have the best experience possible. Our baristas do more than just serve and pour; they get to enjoy the feeling of knowing they've brought a smile to customers' faces and made their day a little brighter.
Barista Skills and Responsibilities:
Educates customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu; answering questions.
Prepares and sells coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks to company standards
Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply, milk, pastries etc; stocking coffee brewing equipment.
Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.
Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and redesigning processes; implementing changes; maintaining and improving the appearance of the counter and coffee bar.
