Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome guests to the hotel and ensure a warm and efficient check-in process
* Register arrival and departure of hotel guests in a friendly and prompt manner
* Provide information to guests about the hotel and its surroundings
* Arrange special services for guests as requested
* Ensure guest requests are met by liaising with housekeeping, reservations, and other departments
* Follow up and verify arrivals by updating registration cards
* Adhere to hotel cash handling policies
* Handle reservations for guests
Requirements:
* Diploma or certificate in hospitality or related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Basic knowledge of hotel operations
