Building Services Coordinator

Salary: €60,000-€80,000

The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a Building Services Coordinator to join a main contractor on a major Dublin project, taking ownership of MEP coordination from pre‑construction through to handover.
Coordinate all phases of MEP services delivery
Involved across pre‑construction, planning, construction, testing, commissioning and verification
Manage design information, technical submittals and programme alignment
Coordinate between the design team and specialist subcontractors
Chair MEP coordination meetings and track progress on site
Monitor installations to ensure compliance with specifications and approvals
Report on MEP progress and issues to the wider project team
Ensure all MEP works meet health & safety and quality standards
The Person
The role is open to candidates from a range of suitable technical backgrounds.
Relevant third‑level or professional qualification
Typically 3-5 years’ experience in an MEP / Building Services coordination role
Backgrounds may include MEP Coordinator, Building Services Engineer, Project Engineer, or Site Engineer with strong MEP exposure
Confident working with BIM models and technical documentation
Strong communication, organisation and time‑management skills
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
