Every member of our team plays a vital role in creating unforgettable guest experiences, and we are now seeking an energetic, friendly and dedicated Linen Porter to join our Accommodation team.

About the Role

As a Linen Porter, you will support our busy Accommodation Department by ensuring that rooms, corridors and service areas are stocked, organised, and maintained to the highest standards. This role is essential to the smooth running of the hotel, especially during peak periods. * Report any maintenance concerns promptly to the relevant team.
* Follow all health & safety and manual handling guidelines.
* Undertake additional duties as requested within the general scope of the role.

What You Bring

* Minimum 1 year's experience in a similar role within a 4* or 5* hotel.
* High attention to detail and the ability to work at pace while maintaining accuracy.
* Strong communication skills and fluent English (written and verbal).
* A friendly, professional and approachable manner with a well-groomed appearance.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and across various functions.
* Commitment to high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and guest service.
* A positive attitude, flexibility and strong team spirit.

Why You'll Love Working With Us

* Staff bedroom rates across the Hayfield Family Collection.
* Discounted meals for you and your family in our F&B outlets.
