LMC Law is seeking to recruit a Legal Secretary/Executive to join its team. The successful candidate should have 2+ years previous experience with litigation and/or conveyancing.
Responsibilities
Engrossing High, Circuit and District Court proceedings;
Preparing briefs for Counsel;
Engaging with clients, doctors, engineers;
Engaging with other solicitors and third parties;
Providing secretarial support and assistance to other solicitors in the practice;
Maintaining client files including scanning incoming post, photocopying, filing.
Candidate Requirements
Have a good, friendly attitude
Have an excellent telephone manner
Be reliable and organised
Have accurate, fast typing skills and be familiar with Word, Outlook
Be able to manage time
Have a professional and flexible approach
