Store Leader Role

The Store Leader is accountable for driving store performance and sales growth.

* Manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, staff management, customer service, security, health safety, stock management and resource allocation
* Achieve and exceed store targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Select, develop, coach and lead a high-performing team in line with company policies, ensuring fairness and consistency
* Oversee cash, wage costs, budgets and systems administration as required
* Promote exceptional Visual Merchandising to engage, inspire and educate customers
* Ensure overall Health Safety in store
* 2/3 years management experience in retail or hospitality
* Outstanding interpersonal, communication, leadership and people management skills
* Experience in Visual Merchandising
* Detailed knowledge of retail products
