We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Operations Executive to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to take ownership of our operations, streamline processes, and play a key role in shaping how we work as a company.
The Role
As Senior Operations Executive, you'll be the driving force behind the smooth running of our showroom and wider business operations. The role is varied, hands-on, and best suited to someone with proven bathroom/tile industry experience who is ready to step up and take ownership.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Auditing and improving operations across the company, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing solutions.
* Procurement and stock management: overseeing all purchase orders, maintaining stock levels, and calculating minimum/maximum stock thresholds for high-volume items.
* ERP management and reporting: updating pricing, running reports, and ensuring systems (Intact & EQ) are accurate and up to date.
* Leadership of operational projects, from process improvements to supplier negotiations.
* Sales support: stepping into the showroom when required to assist the sales team with customer consultations and order management.
* General operations management, ensuring the business runs smoothly day to day.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who is experienced, confident, and proactive. This is not a role for someone who needs constant hand-holding — we need a problem-solver who can see what needs doing and take action.
Essential requirements:
* Solid operational experience within the bathroom and tile industry.
* Strong knowledge of procurement and stock management.
* ERP system experience (Intact/EQ preferred).
* A full, clean driving licence and your own transport.
* Excellent time management and organisation skills.
* Fluent English with strong communication skills.
Desirable skills:
* Sales experience (with the confidence to support the showroom team when needed).
* Leadership experience, with the ability to drive and deliver projects.

* Structured working hours:
* Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
* Saturday, 9:00am – 4:00pm (with every third Saturday off in rotation)
* Bank holidays: closed Saturday–Monday for long weekends.
