Job Title: Cleaning Trainer
Location: Multiple sites across the Leinster Region
Reports to: Operations Manager
Contract: Full-time | 40 Hours
Bidvest Noonan is seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Trainer to join our team. The Cleaning Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to cleaning staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and maintaining excellence in cleaning practices across all facilities.
Key Responsibilities of the Cleaning Trainer:
* Develop and deliver training programs for cleaning staff, including induction and refresher courses.
* Train employees on proper use of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and techniques.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
* Conduct on-site evaluations and provide feedback to improve performance.
* Maintain accurate training records and reports.
* Collaborate with supervisors to identify training needs and implement solutions.
* Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into training materials.
Key Requirements of the Cleaning Trainer:
* Previous experience in cleaning operations and/or training roles within the Healthcare industry.
* Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety standards.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple training sessions.
* Certification in health and safety (preferred).
* Preferably to have Train the trainer, BICS/IPC trainings, Manual Handling
* A full, clean driving licence
