Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Process customer orders and check stock availability
* Review sales orders on the computer system to ensure accuracy and timely processing
* Manage customer emails
* Generate daily sales invoices and post them to accounts
* Manage accounts payable by posting supplier invoices and matching to purchase orders
* Handle accounts receivable, including posting cash payments and generating GRNs/invoices
* Support ISO 14001 administration and documentation processes
* Answer incoming calls and provide professional customer service
* Assist with general office administration, scanning, filing, and reporting
This role will involve providing day-to-day support to customers, production, and accounts, ensuring smooth order processing and administration. The successful candidate will be a team player who can work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
