OpportunityAurivo Co-operative Society Ltd are seeking reliable and experienced Heavy Goods Vehicle Drivers to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and timely delivery/collection of goods to customers / suppliers / manufacturing locations and distribution centres across IrelandReporting to:Transport & Logistics SpecialistKey ResponsibilitiesSafely operate HGV vehicles in compliance with Irish road safety regulations and company policiesTransport goods between depots, warehouses, and customer locations.Load and unload cargo (manual or using equipment, depending on load type).Complete daily vehicle checks and ensures roadworthiness (pre-trip and post-trip inspections).Maintain accurate delivery records, logs, and required paperwork (including tachograph records).Follow assigned routes and schedules while adapting to delays or road conditions when necessary.Communicate with dispatchers, Aurivo employees, and customers professionally.Adhere to EU Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations.Fulfil the function of a Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV) Driver and such other duties as assigned to you by Aurivo Co-operative Society Ltd.The ideal candidate will haveValid Category C+E driving licenceExperience with refrigerated, flat and bulk delivery vehiclesValid Driver CPC and up to date CPC training modulesValid Digital Tachograph cardProven experience in HGV drivingGood knowledge of Irish road networks and road safety regulations.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Good communication and customer service skills.Physically able to handle loading/unloading tasks when required.Hours of WorkAs determined by Loading/Delivery schedule.
