Site Development Specialist
This role offers an opportunity to advance your career in a leading Developer with multiple sites live across Cork. The position involves setting out and checking works as required, ensuring all tasks are completed in line with project specifications and regulations.
You will liaise with sub-contractors and site personnel to plan and construct projects. Your support for the Project Manager/Contracts Manager & Senior Engineer will ensure works are completed as per programme and to a high standard.
* Maintain excellent relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors, and site personnel.
* Requirements include a degree in Engineering or a related discipline, a minimum of 1 year's placement experience in an engineering role, ability to use setting out instruments, and strong attention to detail.
