Role: Recruitment Manager (Nationally)
Location: Mayfield, Cork
Schedule: Monday - Friday (Weekend Availability)
Role Type: Onsite Based - National Coverage
Responsibilities;
* Recruitment Campaigns
* Managing & Maintaining Recruitment Needs
* Conducting Interviews - Nationally
* Nationwide Resource Management
* Managing & Maintaining Recruitment Platforms
* Engaging with external recruitment bodies
* Role Advertisements
* Travel Regionally as required
* Providing recruitment data & metrics
* Managing workload effectively
* Communicating with employees & clients
* Maintaining, updating and retrieving data held on the company's platforms
Role Requirements;
* Provene experience in recruitment management
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Full clean driving licence (Manual Vehicle)
* Proficient in Google & Microsoft platform suite’s and other relevant software.
General Requirements;
* Ability to conduct a full-time onsite role
* Flexibility in relation to working schedule
