Our client is a rapidly expanding Irish Climate Tech company seeking an experienced Financial Controller. This newly created position will play a pivotal role in strengthening the company's financial operations. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day accounting, produce timely and accurate financial reports, oversee payroll and compliance, and support the business in strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead all daily accounting operations including billing, accounts receivable/payable, general ledger, cost accounting/inventory accounting/revenue recognition.
* Maintain strong internal controls throughout these processes.
* Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly management accounts for review by senior leadership.
* 'Support external accountants with preparing annual financial statements,' and assist with ensuring adherence to appropriate reporting standards.
* Sustain smooth communication flow among team members regarding cash flow/debt collection regarding 🇸 their varied roles within our global market of climate tech organizations today, 4assure data accuracy at every level through organizational consistency always being top priority most especially when working alone or together on anything related towards managing finance from ground up so overall remain reliable source everyone trusts because honesty/integrity matters greatly too - therefore proactive thinking coupled professional experience counts significantly here again then lets move forward successfully!
