As a Sommelier at Hawksmoor, you'll be at the heart of the guest experience, bringing our wine list to life with warmth, confidence and genuine hospitality. You'll help guests discover wines they love, support the wider team with knowledge and training, and play a key role in delivering the high standards Hawksmoor is known for.
What You'll DoDeliver confident, engaging wine service on the restaurant floorGuide guests through the wine list with thoughtful recommendations and pairingsSupport the Wine Manager with the day-to-day running of the wine programmeShare knowledge with the FOH team through tastings and informal trainingHelp maintain cellar organisation, stock control and service standards
