We are seeking a skilled Domestic BER Assessor to conduct assessments, produce reports, carry out building surveys, and advise clients on energy efficiency and building compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct domestic BER assessments and produce accurate reports
* Carry out thorough building surveys to ensure compliance with Part L of the Building Regulations
* Calculate U-values and perform condensation risk analysis
* Provide expert advice on energy efficiency and building compliance to clients
Candidates should have strong IT skills including AutoCAD, Word, and Excel, as well as a Level 6 Qualification in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or Sustainability.
Requirements:
* Registered Domestic BER Assessor with SEAI
* Full clean driving license and willingness to travel to client sites
