Job Description
We are a franchise McDonald’s; our company name is Travglen Limited. We are looking for individuals with previous McDonald’s experience and a background in food safety, including food safety degrees, training and health and safety qualifications. Key responsibilities include auditing the restaurant’s food safety and security functions, ensuring compliance with all legal standards, training staff on health and safety best practices (manual handling, fire prevention, etc.), liaising with contractors to keep equipment up to date and safe, and performing regular food safety audits to maintain 100% compliance.
