The organisation delivers high-spec mechanical solutions across complex construction environments, including technically demanding projects, and offers clear progression for engineers looking to develop their careers.This role reports directly into senior management and will support the delivery of mechanical systems across live projects, from design coordination through installation and client handover.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the review and coordination of mechanical design documentation under the guidance of senior team membersAssist with monitoring site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standardsContribute to the preparation of technical documentation, including reports, drawings, and requests for information (RFIs)Work with internal teams to track project progress, procurement timelines, and quality inspectionsLiaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders as part of the wider engineering teamParticipate in team meetings and training programmes to build technical and project management skillsEnsure that all tasks are completed in line with health and safety and compliance requirementsKey Skills & ExperienceRecent graduate (Level 7/8) in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related fieldA strong interest in building services, mechanical systems, and construction environmentsFamiliarity with software such as AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Microsoft Office is desirableStrong organisational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detailWillingness to learn and take initiative in a structured engineering teamGood communication skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues and external partnersMust be eligible to work in Ireland without the need for sponsorshipINDETH-L
