Lead Payroll Strategist
This is a key leadership role that involves mentoring a team of specialists and fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and client focus.
* Lead and mentor two Payroll Managers and a large team of specialists
* Oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex multi-client payrolls
* Act as a senior advisor and key escalation point for external clients
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving performance management and succession planning across the function, as well as defining and executing the strategic roadmap for payroll operations.
They will also be required to support organizational budgeting, resource allocation, and contribute commercially to proposals, pricing strategies, and business development initiatives.
