About the Territory Inside Sales Representative (EMEA & DACH)
MarketStar is hiring a Territory Inside Sales Representative to represent our MailChimp client, a world-class business marketing tool.
Location: Hybrid, Leopardstown, Dublin 18 (Tuesday & Thursday in office)
What Will You Do?
Establish a trusted advisor role with accounts by being assertive, present and relevant.
Research potential customers to shape and build new business.
Grow new business through effective communication methods including calling, incoming leads, customer meetings and emails.
Effectively manage and prioritize a pipeline of sales opportunities, tracking their progress and ensuring timely follow-ups.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximize the conversion of leads into paying customers.
Provide effective account management to support customers' technology strategy, implementation, and future requirements.
Optimize the product range penetration in each account, ensuring all cross-selling opportunities are maximized within each account.
Effectively manage and develop customers so they develop into long-term business relationships.
Serve as product and service advocate for the client, building interest and awareness of the client's value proposition.
Manage and achieve monthly and quarterly sales KPI goals.
Collaborate with the leadership team and our client to identify strategies and processes to better achieve revenue goals.
Attend relevant market events, trade shows, and industry conferences to represent the company and engage with prospective customers.
Partner with the Country Manager to support regional initiatives, customer engagement, and territory planning.
Manage a balanced lead flow across both DACH and EMEA regions, ensuring consistent and strategic follow-up across geographies.
What Will You Need to Succeed?
12+ months in B2B sales.
Experience with software vendor, SaaS, or system integrator space is a huge plus.
Exceptional skills in prospecting, discovery, and presentation.
Fluent in English and German.
Strong sales aptitude, solutions oriented with a passion for the customer and the customer experience.
High collaboration and results orientation with proven success in sales attainment in a team environment.
Tech-savvy with an affinity for innovative and emerging technology.
Self-reliant, adaptable, decisive, and professional; able to effectively multi-task in a dynamic environment.
Expert ability to serve as product and service advocate for the client, building interest and awareness of the client's value proposition.
Ability to quickly articulate technical and business value propositions via phone and email.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including outstanding sales presence and presentation skills.

The pay for this position is a basic salary per annum of €47,000 with an additional variable bonus component of €10,000.
