About The Role Key Responsibilities Running your own kitchen section with confidence, precision, and pride Delivering high-volume service across multiple outlets without compromising quality Supporting, mentoring, and developing junior chefs Maintaining top-tier food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP H S) Collaborating with a passionate team to keep service smooth and efficient What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy, high-volume kitchen A love for local West Cork produce and exceptional food Strong knowledge of modern food trends and plating standards A positive, team-first attitude and great communication skills Calmness under pressure and the ability to stay organised during busy service Why You'll Love Working With Us At the Maritime, we're building a team where everyone belongs.
