National Helpline Support Worker Position
We are seeking three dynamic and motivated team members to join our National Freephone Department in 2026.
* Support Workers x 3
The purpose of each role is to provide support and information to women experiencing abuse on the National Freephone Helpline, Instant Messaging Support Service (IMSS), Text and Email support, and assist in ensuring maintenance of the responsibilities as a member of the Helpline Team.
Main Responsibilities
1. To efficiently respond to service users' needs on the National Freephone Helpline, IMSS, text and email contacts.
2. To empower women by providing assistance with all their options including legal advice, housing solutions through appropriate referrals when necessary.
3. Maintain accurate records through various mediums; input data during shift hours while recording trends for further communication with department heads if required. And update statistics correctly using database tools.

p>This involves contributing positively towards up-skilling volunteers & staff regarding efficient use or correct utilization systems provided keeping oneself updated constantly adhering presentable performance measures.
