Account Growth Manager
The role of Account Growth Manager is pivotal in driving business expansion and overseeing key accounts across Europe. This position combines strategic market development, relationship building, and hands-on account oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish and nurture relationships with top clients in Ireland, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market presence.
* Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, trends, and competitive threats.
* Provide expert advice, delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs.
* Negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms while maintaining client satisfaction.
* Maintain compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
* Foster partnerships with suppliers and industry stakeholders to support business objectives.
* Monitor account performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Degree/MSc/MBA (preferably in Polymer Science, Engineering, or related fields).
* 10+ years in account management, business development, or similar roles in the polymer, chemical, or manufacturing industries.
* Proven track record in managing large, high-value accounts (OEMs, moulders) with multi-million-euro contracts.
* Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and sales strategy at a regional or global level.
