Flood Risk Analyst Job
As a Flood Risk Analyst, you will play a key role in our organization's efforts to mitigate flood risks. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute your expertise to the development of strategies and plans to manage flood risks.
This role involves working closely with colleagues from various disciplines, including engineering, hydrology, and project management. You will be responsible for executing flood risk assessments, developing Catchment Flood Risk Assessment and Management Plans, and providing technical input to other stakeholders.
* Technical Skills:
* Strong understanding of flood risk assessment methodologies and techniques.
* Proficiency in hydrological and hydraulic modeling software.
* Ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform decision-making.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will also be expected to demonstrate strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
