This company can ensure long term job security and progression opportunities for the right candidate, market leading benefits and salary" About the Job Reporting to the Finance Director the Accounts Assistant will be responsible for assisting with and completing the following duties Key responsibilities Chasing of customer late payments and monitoring debtor balances Entering of Supplier invoices onto the Purchase Ledger Preparing payments to suppliers Supplier statement reconciliation Month end closing Manage customer invoice runs Produce monthly reports as required Liaising with suppliers, customers, as well as internal personnel Timely posting and reconciliation of all customer payments Evaluate credit limits Bank reconciliation Provide cover for other key tasks within the team as required, including audit requests Ad-hoc administration duties as requested.
