Senior Payroll Manager
This is a pivotal role within our organization, overseeing payroll processes and ensuring compliance with international rules and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the payroll and workforce management team to align with leadership expectations.
* Provide coaching and development to achieve individual goals and objectives.
* Oversee staff training and validation of acquired skills.
* Conduct managerial interviews and facilitate management processes.
* Deliver high-quality service across multiple sites.
* Process payroll accurately and timely, implementing procedural controls.
* Approve all payments related to payroll and outside of payroll.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
* 10+ years of work experience required.
* Previous HR or role-related experience required.
* Fluent in English, additional European language an advantage.
* 5+ years business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role-related experience preferred.
* 4+ years people leadership experience preferred.
* Experience in multiple HR disciplines or client groups preferred.
* Excellent knowledge of payroll, international rules, and T&A software.
