We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workshop Controller to join our team in a state-of-the-art Mercedes-Benz dealership. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the service workshop, ensuring maximum efficiency and quality control.
* Manage workshop throughput, maximising utilisation and technician efficiency.
* Ensure all work is documented and processed in line with Mercedes-Benz manufacturer guidelines.
* Lead by example in managing health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with Mercedes-Benz workshop standards at all times.
