Front Office Team Member Opportunity We are seeking a talented and experienced Front Office Team Member to join our team at the Kilkenny River Court Hotel.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
This role involves managing front office operations, including check-in, check-out, cash handling and account management.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
They should have previous experience working in a hotel front office or similar environment.

Responsibilities: A key responsibility of this role includes reviewing guest requests prior to arrival to ensure that they are communicated effectively to relevant departments.
