The role
You’re a creative generalist who loves to make things. One day you’re crafting punchy social copy and story frames; the next you’re polishing an email, dropping assets into a CMS, slicing a short video cutdown, or wiring up UTMs and a quick A/B test. You’re fluent in Adobe Creative Cloud, comfortable in Figma and Canva, and curious about using GenAI to move faster without losing the craft.
What you’ll do
* Write & make across channels
o Craft clear, on‑brand copy for web, email, and social (hooks, captions, subject lines, preview text, CTAs).
o Adapt concepts into carousels, story frames, simple motion/short‑form edits, and lightweight visuals using brand templates (Adobe CC, Canva, Figma).
* Email & CRM
o Build and QA campaigns (templates, links, images, alt text, hierarchy, basic A/Bs); partner with CRM teams on lists/segments and landing‑page alignment as needed.
* Social
o Plan/schedule posts, tailor copy per platform, maintain tidy asset libraries, and handle light community hygiene and escalation.
* Web & CMS
o Publish content, apply headings/meta/internal links, and keep pages accessible (plain language, contrast, captions/subtitles, alt text).
o Support content audits, inventories, mapping and redirects; help maintain component libraries and tone‑of‑voice examples.
* Light video & motion
o Assist with shoot prep and simple edits/cutdowns for social and email; export to channel‑ready specs.
* GenAI‑assisted creation
o Use GenAI for first‑draft exploration, simple content creations such as banners and variations, alt text, transcripts, or image iterations—always refining to brand standards.
What you’ll bring
* 1–3 years’ experience in a digital/content/marketing role (agency or in‑house).
* Writing craft: concise, audience‑aware copy across email, web, and social.
* Design fluency: Adobe Creative Cloud; confident with Figma files/templates and Canva for quick turnarounds.
* Email platforms: e.g., Mailchimp/HubSpot/Salesforce or Dynamics modules; deliverability basics.
* CMS familiarity (publishing, formatting, accessibility checks) and comfort with structured content.
* Data comfort: platform insights, GA4 basics, Sheets/Excel; can calculate and interpret core KPIs.
* Accessibility mindset: plain language, alt text, captions, contrast, device checks.
* Bonus points for: basic HTML/CSS for email tweaks and landing‑page edits; SEO fundamentals; simple marketing automation/journeys; workshop support (Miro setup, note‑taking, synthesis).
Tools you’ll touch
Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Canva, GA4, Sheets/Excel, common email/CRM platforms, and GenAI tools for content acceleration (prompting, variations, summaries), with WordPress/HubSpot or similar CMS experience helpful.
