About this Role:
Thepurpose of the Arrears Support Unit Relationship Manager is to manage therelationship with a portfolio of borrower's accounts to identify borrowers indifficulty, establish the reason for the borrower's arrears and work withborrowers to find a solution to their arrear's situation.The RelationshipManager Arrears Support Unit will also have business targets to achieve andwill ensure that their role is achieved in the context of controlled policiesand procedures while providing exceptional customer service and minimisingrisk.

KeyResponsibilities
Financial targets
To generaterevenue from a portfolio of accounts in line with monthly targets
Customer service
To communicatewith customers in a clear and concise manner
Tomeet with Borrowers as required
Adhereto service plan including rotas and call targets
Recordexpressions of dissatisfaction and customer complaints on the relevantcustomer complaintsSystem
Risk Managementthrough Compliance
To conduct alltasks in a manner compliant with all policies, procedures, and legislativerequirements.
Ensureall accounts are reviewed and managed in line with Company procedures.
Ensureall accounts are escalated as appropriate without unnecessary delay.
Education &Qualifications
LeavingCertificate or equivalent (Essential)
