Our client an international healthcare group based in North Dublin. Is seeking an experiencedOperations Lead (HR & Finance)to oversee and enhance the day-to-day running of their HR and Finance functions. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, guiding remote teams, and driving consistent performance.This position is suited to professionals with a proven track record in both finance and HR operations, who are confident working in fast-paced, cross-cultural, and collaborative environments.Key ResponsibilitiesManage outsourced finance operations, ensuring smooth collaboration with external providers.Oversee HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with local regulations.Oversee Finance functions including budget planning, financial reporting, payroll, benefits, and compliance.Quarterly internatioal travel to regional operations and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.Contribute to operational strategies and provide insights to improve HR and finance functions.Deliver regular, insightful operational reports to senior leadership, offering practical recommendations.Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Identify, design, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and support business growth.Ideal Candidate5+ years' operational experience within HR, Finance, or broader business operations.Demonstrated ability to manage and support remote and hybrid teams effectively.Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands and meet deadlines.Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence in influencing at all levels.MBA or equivalent business qualification is desirable, but not essential.This hybrid role is based in Dublin and includes quarterly international travel
