Job PurposeThe Night Shift Warehouse Operative is responsible for ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and movement of goods within the warehouse during night operations. This role plays a key part in meeting delivery schedules, maintaining stock accuracy, and supporting smooth logistics operations.Key ResponsibilitiesPicking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch in line with company proceduresLoading and unloading vehicles safely and efficientlyOperating warehouse equipment such as pallet trucks, conveyors, or forklifts (where trained and authorised)Checking goods in and out, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are metScanning and recording stock movements using warehouse management systemsMaintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environmentFollowing health and safety guidelines at all times, including manual handling proceduresMeeting productivity and accuracy targets during night shift operationsReporting any damaged goods, shortages, or equipment issues to supervisorsSkills and ExperiencePrevious warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not essentialAbility to work night shifts reliably and maintain focus during unsociable hoursGood attention to detail and accuracyPhysically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasksBasic IT or scanning system skills desirableAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From €16.27 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:Bike to work schemeOn-site parkingWork Location: In person
