While backed by significant Group scale and infrastructure, the Irish entity is intentionally lean, making the Head of Operations a critical senior appointment responsible for oversight, control, and operational credibility in Ireland.The OpportunityThis is a senior operational leadership role with meaningful visibility across the Irish business and the wider Group.As a member of the Executive Committee, you will hold responsibility for operational oversight, client service, outsourced activity governance, and client-asset accountability. You will work closely with the Group COO and Group Operations leadership, operating within a Group-led model while ensuring Irish regulatory and business requirements are fully represented.Year one focuses on embedding robust operational frameworks, controls, and governance.
